	Finally, we are ready to transfer the IBM stock that Vera
left you in her will.  All the broker needs is both of your
social security numbers.  Please send them to me, and I'll
pass them on to him.

	I will also shortly send you a check for the few hundred
dollars in dividends from the IBM stock that have been received
since Vera's death.  How would you like that check made out?

	I'm sorry it has taken so long.  The slowness has been
partly my fault, partly the lawyer's and partly the law's.
It will be a little faster if you give me the numbers by
phone, either
at the above home number or at my office number 497-4430.  If
you don't get me at the office, you can leave a message with
my secretary.
